The results are in! The seventh annual Holiday Window Decorating Contest wraps up another successful year of spreading holiday cheer in Downtown Fort Wayne.
Nearly 30 businesses and organizations participated in this free and festive tradition that helps kick off the holiday season in Downtown Fort Wayne. The final votes have been cast and counted, and your Downtown Fort Wayne Improvement District is pleased to announce the winners!
This year’s theme was “Scenes from a Downtown Snow Globe.” Contestants were awarded first, second, and third places in three categories: Most Thematic, Most Fort Wayne, and People’s Choice.

Most Thematic:

Most Fort Wayne:
1st Place: Sweets on Main

People’s Choice:
1st Place: Feichter Realtors LLC
2nd Place: Carson Law LLP
3rd Place: Sweets on Main
As the winner of the “People’s Choice” category, Feichter Realtors LLC receives a $100 gift card to a Downtown restaurant or retail shop of their choosing. One area voter won a $50 gift card to a Downtown restaurant or retail shop of their choice for participating in the voting process, as well.
Photos of the winning windows in first, second, and third place will be featured in The Journal Gazette on Sunday, December 19, 2021, alongside the honorable mention contestants. Feichter Realtors LLC will be featured in all promotional materials for the 2022 Downtown Holiday Window Decorating Contest.
Voting began during the Night of Lights on Wednesday, November 24, and ended Sunday, December 12, 2021.
