All meetings of the Downtown Improvement District board of directors are open to the public.
Typically, meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Meeting locations rotate throughout downtown each month.

The Downtown Improvement District Board comprises 15 board members;
9 are property owners (satisfying the statutory requirement that no less than half of the board be comprised of property owners),
3 are employed by businesses that are located within the District,
1 is appointed by the Mayor, 1 is appointed by the City Council, and 1 is appointed by the County Commissioners.
